How activation works
- Choose a plan. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also takes care of VAT and invoices.
- You receive a license key by email within a minute.
- In the ChatStow library, click Unlock Pro, paste the key, click Activate. No account needed.
Privacy. To verify a license, ChatStow sends only the key and a device label to Lemon Squeezy, never any chat content. Without a license, the extension never contacts Lemon Squeezy at all. Privacy policy
Can I move the license to another computer?
Yes. In the library, open Manage license and remove it from the old browser, then activate it on the new one. Each key works on up to 3 browsers at the same time.
What happens if I cancel a subscription?
Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then the extension returns to the free version. Your chats, folders and tags are kept.
Refunds?
Write to us within 14 days of purchase and we refund, no questions asked.
Is the free version limited in time?
No. Free is free for good. The limits are on folders, import size and bulk features, not on time.
